All rentals and demos of H2o Dreams equipment include a thorough review with H2o Dreams staff of the gear’s condition, and release of gear is contingent upon a signed user agreement.

H2o Dreams is not responsible for the transport of boats/boards but will advise on how best to do so. Absolutely no ratchet straps should be used as they damage our equipment! We do not provide shuttle services to/from local lakes and rivers but we do provide guided trips and instruction which you can check out here.

We highly recommend reserving rental equipment in advance especially on busier weekends and holidays as we cannot guarantee availability day of. Our rentals are first come, first served.

1. 1. Equipment must be returned to the Yak Shak at Saluda Outfitters the same day before closing (hours 10A-6P, daily). Late/next day returns will be charged an additional day.
   2. Renters must fill out and agree to terms of our Rental Agreement.
   3. A credit card will be kept on file as a security deposit. The renter will pay for equipment replacement cost for any lost, damaged or altered equipment and any cleaning fees for excessive cleaning per the Rental Agreement Form.
